By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Ontario Hood Cleaning provides commercial kitchen hood cleaning, exhaust maintenance, and related services. Services include:
- Hood and exhaust system cleaning
- Exhaust fan repair and installation
- Deep kitchen cleaning
- HVAC and duct cleaning
- Equipment cleaning and maintenance
3. Service Scheduling
We schedule all services by appointment. We make reasonable efforts to meet your preferred timing. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
- Additional charges may apply for emergency or after-hours service
5. Service Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
6. Access and Safety
You agree to provide safe access to the work area and clear the workspace before our arrival. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions not caused by our services.
7. Liability Limitations
Ontario Hood Cleaning carries liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of business or revenue
- Pre-existing equipment issues
- Damage caused by third parties
8. Compliance
Our services help you meet NFPA 96 and local fire code requirements. Ongoing compliance remains your responsibility. We provide documentation to support your records.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Ontario Hood Cleaning and protected by copyright laws.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes will be resolved in Ontario courts.
